  • Multi-Factor Authentication Isn’t Working: Double-check your credentials. If all credentials are correct, log in to your My Cadillac Account online and confirm the phone number or e-mail address you selected for multi-factor authentication. Check your spam folders on the off-chance the email was classified incorrectly. 
  • Vehicle isn’t Showing in the App: If your Cadillac isn’t appearing in the app, you may have an account linking issue. This can happen due to recent changes to your profile or a linking error. Log out and log back in. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, press the blue OnStar button in your vehicle or call (877) 558-8352 for assistance.
