HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE MYCADILLAC MOBILE APP

Downloading the MyCadillac Mobile App to sync up your vehicle and your mobile device is just as simple as downloading any other app! Here’s how to get started:

  1. Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your smartphone.
  2. Search for the MyCadillac Mobile App and click to install it.
  3. Note: You will need an OnStar account or a Cadillac Owner Center account to use the MyCadillac App. If you haven’t already done so, you can create an account at my.cadillac.com.
  4. Use your account information to log in to the MyCadillac Mobile App on your smartphone. If your vehicle has already been registered with the Cadillac Owner Center, the app should immediately recognize your vehicle.

  • Mobile Vehicle Status – Check your fuel level, oil life, tire pressure, and mileage on your smartphone.
  • Remote Commands – Remote locking/unlocking abilities and the MyCadillac Remote Start app are accessible via the Remote Commands tab. Additionally, you can sound the horn from a distance and flash the exterior lights.
