THE CADILLAC PREMIUM CARE MAINTENANCE PLAN

The Cadillac Premium Care Maintenance plan makes it easy for Cary drivers to keep their Cadillac vehicles running great. Cadillac maintenance will preserve the quality of your car’s state of the art automotive technology, making your car a pleasure to drive in the Chapel Hill area for years to come. Cadillac Premium Care includes:

  • Cadillac First Maintenance Visit
  • Oil and filter change based on your Cadillac’s Oil Life Monitor System
  • Tire rotation every 7,500 miles
  • Engine air cleaner filter replacement
  • Passenger compartment air filter replacement
  • Multi Point Vehicle Inspections (MPVI)

Depending on the model year of your Cadillac, your Cadillac Care coverage period will differ. See what coverage your Cadillac model comes with according to the following model year ranges:

  • 2011-2016: 4 years or 50,000 miles, aligning with the terms of your 4 years or 50,000 miles bumper-to-bumper New Vehicle Limited Warranty
  • 2017-2018: 3 years or 36,000 miles
  • 2019 and newer: 1 year or 12,000 miles, with one complimentary service visit

ADDITIONAL CADILLAC CARE COVERAGE FOR NEW MODEL YEARS

Cadillac Premium Care includes supplemental benefits for models made in 2019 or later so you can drive with even more peace of mind to Cary and back. In addition to the aforementioned Cadillac maintenance services, you’ll also get:

  • Six months of Cadillac Remote Access Plan
  • Three months/3GB of 4G LTE data Connected Access

OTHER AVAILABLE CADILLAC MAINTENANCE PLANS

Cadillac Premium Care maintenance isn’t the only plan available that helps you stay on top of Cadillac maintenance. For more comprehensive Cadillac care, these plans are available:

  • Pre-Paid Maintenance optional coverage includes oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs.
  • Pre-Paid Maintenance Plus covers Cadillac maintenance such as replacing air filters, cabin air filters, transmission and transfer fluid changes, spark plugs, and more.
  • Protection Plan can be purchased online where you can adjust your contract terms between 24 months, 36 months, 48 months, and 60 months. This Cadillac care plan can save you more money on expensive repairs including engine replacement and more by covering over 1,000+ parts.
  • Tire & Wheel Protection covers your vehicle’s tires, if eligible, for 36 or 60 months from the date of purchase. It applies to most tire replacements and repairs.
  • Appearance Guard ensures that every dent and ding on the exterior, and tear, burn, or cut in the interior is fixed at little to no cost to you.
